Growth & Operations Intern (Full-Time)

🔧 What You’ll Do

• Conduct online sessions (2–3 times a week) to introduce candidates to AccioJob and our offerings.
• Manage communication campaigns (email, WhatsApp, SMS, RCS) to engage users.
• Track performance and improve what’s working across campaigns and funnels.
• Launch job drives on our portal and help attract the right candidates.
• Support community growth and bring in new users through creative outreach.
